HI All
What a great pleasure to be in an environment with budding entrepreneurs, I left my full time job less than a year ago and have been in full time property, since then I have completed on 20 property transactions. Thanks to people in this industry it has allowed me to progress extremely quickly. If anyone who is new to the property business would like some help with either sourcing BMV deals, Negotiation, stacking, due diligence, and closing the deal let me know I’ll try help as best I can. Otherwise drop me a line and I'd love to have a chat to get to know some of you.

Have been investing for nearly 3 yrs now, doing ok, could do better. Found my personal success is generally with HMO/Student Type property. Good cash flow.
