Just joined the forum. Looking forward to chatting with other developers/investors. I'm in london and looking for property in need of renovation which has been my line of work for the last 20+ years. I have my own construction company but i've recently dropped all my client based work to concentrate on developing for myself. Always ready to learn something new and will enjoy sharing my experiences with other members.
