Just to introduce myself to this useful forum and the members, I am a Risk Management consultant by profession who got excited about property investment by accidentally stepping into one of these free seminars almost a year ago. Since then I managed to buy about 10 properties in the UK and abroad, most of the time not knowing that there is a bigger network of people who share the same goal and posses very useful insight and experience.

I like to double my portfolio in the next few months and would like to hear from other investors, mortgage brokers, solicitors, BMV sourcers, etc. who are interested in working with me in a long term basis.

I think I learned a lot of things in property investment in the hard way and if anyone who needs advise I will be happy to help them not make my expensive mistakes.

I look forward to hearing from you all guys and good luck with whatever deal you are into at the moment.
