| | Read before posting - Requesting reports, attachements etc Hi Everyone,
Just a note for the new guys and gals to the forum, first of all welcome! I hope you enjoy your time here and find the advice available of value; I am sure you will.
Just a note to request that when you see an offer, whether it be for information, a report, a spreadsheet, a legal doc or whatever, if you need to contact the member to get it, please do so via e-mail or PM. This avoids clogging up the forum with needless "please send to me too" posts which can be annoying for established members who genuinely monitor new posts so they can add value and answer your questions. I hope you will see the value in this rather than posting a response. I will continue to close threads that do not comply with this approach.
If you want to welcome new members to the forum please go ahead Please note if you have a product or service to advertise please do so in the 'member services' section - posts or unsolicited private messages (SPAM) welcoming new members to the forum containing links to other websites, suggestions to click on signature links, email addresses or otherwise oriented towards advertising a product or service will be removed or placed in the member services section.
Thanks for your help in keeping this forum the place to be for Property Tycoons.
Regards
Chris

| | Hello to all property magnates! I'm just a budding magnate at the moment and joined Property Tycoons Community about a month ago...just finding time to actually use the site. I attended a fab' property investment course in August and have yet to buy my first property....I look forward to hearing from any others who are willing to pass on tips and advice to the 'newbies' amongst us. I, of course hope to be able to pass on my learning in return. I have yet to understand all the technical jargon and need to learn how to put my photo on here! Anyone able to help....? Warm regards Sue | |

It depends entirely on whether or not the property has sufficient equity to warrant a quick sale or if the rental yield suits holding on to the asset for the long-term.
I'm afraid you'd need to be more specific. | |

| | One property Millionaire on the way! Hi everyone,
Good to belong to a community of like-minded people. My name is Hazel Reed and I have five properties in UK and one in Spain. At moment doing Buy-to-let but not against doing buy to sell at any time.
My partner Dennis Coote, (whom many of you know as the renovation expert!!!) and I have just started the Hampshire Property Club. It is just so amazing meeting people within the industry. I have not been in property as long as Dennis so I am overwhelmed at how friendly, generous, and truly interesting property people are.
Networking is without doubt a very powerful tool. We get offers from Members from within all sections of the industry. We hope to get Parmdeep to do an evening in the not too distant future (he is a very busy man!).
Love to hear from anyone about property. I am personally interested in expanding my portfolio by purchasing without any of my own money - ah yes!
Enough from me I think, long enough introduction,
Look forward to meeting anyone in the Forum.

| | introduction Hi everyone,
I joined a couple of months back but only just found the courage to write to the forum. I was at the underground investors summit over the weekend and the experience was mind blowing.
It was just what I needed to move forward - I look forward to learning the rope and contributing in my own little way to the forum.
Thanks
