Hi everyone,
just a quick not to say hi and introduce myself.

I have invested in property already - I have an HMO (5 bed Exec property) in Worcester and want to really grow my property business but have no additional cash at the moment to do this.

Been reading Andy Shaw's book on how he bought £12m of property from scratch in 1 year and is now a multi-millionaire. Also read Deep's course on investing and buying BMV property, so working more towards this model.

Am looking to start buying 1 and 2 bed properties in the Midlands at BMV to let out.

If I can help or give advice to anyone (only if the ask of course!), am happy to help.

I will of course give your regards to Bob! My nicknames (fifitrix/trix/fifi) were given to me by my lovely ex colleagues....and hearing them shout my nickname in public, in restaurants etc is a bit cringe-making!
