Hi All

I have been a member a few weeks now and knowing very little about property, I have held off introducing myself reading past posts on the forum. Such a fantastic education on property, I am currently on information overload.

For my sins I am a Self Employed Martial Arts Instructor/Core Stability trainer (Please any joke will do other than "I won't mess with you then") and now wanting to be involved in a sector that actually looks like fun along with the hard work, with great rewards.

To date I have 1 property and would like to develop a Buy to Let portfolio through BMV.

Visited the Vadesha stall at a recent Seminar near Heathrowand was very impressed with the motivation and encouragement given. For all the information, I am struggling with some sort of action plan to my 1st BMV. Any ideas or suggestions greatly received.

I look forward to doing well with this and to be able to contribute constructivly at some point.

Welcome to the forum. One idea. Go to as many local events as you can that purport to make millions of pounds for investors. They are normally run by property finders. Just go there to hear the hype, and to meet some of the other people who aspire to owning property. From these events, you will start to network locally. Just remember that if you buy into any of those deals, they are highly likely to be negative cash flow from the start, so don't buy into the deals. Learn more from Parmdeep on here. If I'd joined this forum one year earlier, I may have saved £200K capital (no joke)
