For the past few days I have been secretly looking at the different threads and forums to assess the quality and content.
I got to admit I have been left surprised and excited.
I am new to property and I have been trying to psyche myself up listening and reading to the various literature to promote positive thinking. Hence my positive step to come forward and introduce myself.
I should be viewing a few properties over the next few days in Birmingham.
Can anyone confirm the following steps so that I can take immediate action
in getting a no money down
bmv property:
1 Find property
2 Research market value
3 Revaluation
2 Negotiate Price (deep's recommended 20%
bmv) with estate agent
3 Instruct solicitor
4 Setup bridging
5 Remortgage (Obtain cashback)
6 Find tennants (based on research should have this already sorted)
7 Happy days!! (Not quite!! look for property no 2..)
Questions I am looking to get answered are:
Does anyone have a sample tennants agreement?
How do people go about finding tennants i.e. profiling, agencies?
