Hi All,
My name is Jane and my partner and I live in Derby.
We own several
btl's, and have been searching for refurb and sell on properties in the traditional manner for several months now - surprisingly enough, with no success! It's fair to say that the proverbial 'penny' has finally dropped... we're never going to get rich doing it that way! I've known about the
BMV system and how it works for some time now, and have decided to take the plunge and go for it.
I'm going to take some time to read and learn all I can in the next few weeks, to network and talk to experienced investors, and hopefully, this time next year - I'll be where some of you are now. At present, I work virtually full time, so it won't be easy at first to spend the time needed to get this up and running, the plan is to give up work as soon as I can make it pay.
Any inspirational stories or words of encouragement welcomed therefore!
We are ONLY going to be looking at
BMV properties to buy and sell on quickly (perhaps with a quick refurb or lick of paint), so we're not interested in leasebacks or rentbacks - I will be passing those on. If there is anyone out there with 'sell on' leads they don't want in the Derbyshire area, please don't hesitate to contact me. It may be that we can work to our mutual benefit together.
