Hi All
Just joined the forum.
Abit about me: Invested in property over the past few years ----- uk and eastern europe primarily !! stumbled across the famous 6 part mini course and woke up to BMV (many thanks Mr Vadesha!). Now with a goal of 20 BMV purchases as soon as possible. (Currently status: three down and seventeen to go!!)

John,
Welcome (for the second time). Don't rush to buy the next 17 properties until you have bedded down the first three. Learn from each purchase, and set yourself a target of getting each next purchase for less money down, and for more positive cash flow, and you will save thousands. we bought 18 in 6 months, and with hindsight, we may have been cleverer to stretch out the timeframe to a couple of years. Paperwork is a nightmare until they become fully let and bedded down.

Welcome, good goal I like it i aimed to buy 4 properties in a year but i some how ended up with 25? give me a shout if you want to know what steps i went through to achieve this.
