Exclamation The Plan?
Hi all,

A great site for info on this property business! And am new here. I will get straight to the point.......

Any members out there that can offer their services to help me draw up a financial/Investment plan with the aim of generating income using properties?

I have talked to a number of financial houses; and all I get is; '' you give us your money, and we invest it for you!''.

So any ideas anyone? I know a good plan does not come free.
