Hi everyone,

Have been lurking and reading for a few days now so thought it was time I said Hi. So much information here!!

I live near in SE London close to Bexley and Greenwich. Quite new to the world of property investing. Have bought two houses in Sth Wales which started out as simple but turned into a problem (big). Made lots of mistakes but all turned out well in the end and I made a few bob on the revaluations. Still have them on rental.

Have took the bull by the horns after reading some of the posts here and various of Deeps reports on BMV and am just about to throw in a real lowball offer on a flat near to where I live. This one is in much better condition than the first two that's for sure! Fingers crossed.

I don't consider myself to be experienced by any shot of the imagination and am looking forward to learning as much as possible here and sharing experiences/help with you guys.

If anybody lives anywhere near me, it would be good to meet up sometime.
