Exclamation looking for a deal? :groupwave:

I am ALWAYS looking for a DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!

How about YOU???

I Am a NHBC registered builder, currently building 14 apartments in Crewe,( all sold on release!!!!) 3 months prioer to completion.GDV £1.35 m

also building 4 houses in cheshire GDV £1.1m and 4 houses in Staffordshire GDV £2.2m

I am leveraged upto the eyebrows
and my goal is to get the bank to just say yes when i find th right projects.

my portfolio adds upto to a further £2m but I recently seperated and boy is that expensive!!!

Im very interested in max results with minimum effort( hence 4 hour work week)

I go to the Gym twice a week (daytime) I sit by my swimming pool working (weather permitting)

In the last 9 months I ve been on holiday 4 times for a total of just over 2 months

I am now seriously wanting to buy more properties at below value. and will be setting up a network to enable this to happen includiing aadvertiseing groups etc, I welcome input from any body whether as an investor or potential buyer or just from any wise sage out there.

IN particular I am looking for small development sites of around half to one acre preferably with planning but not an absolute. you can invest or simply take a finders fee

I believe in abundance and am happy to share tho I like to maintain control( I had to give away £250,000 last year due to not hitting it off with one business partner) it wasnt the money that hurt it was the loss of time and focus that really makes me work this way now,

I live alone in cheshire( near chester) and also want to make friends socially.

give me a nudge if anything strikes a chord !!!
Bernie

PS read the 4 hour work week The dance will soon be over!!!!!

PPS Have some fun!!!
listen to your children
smile at your wife,
stroke the dog more
and go on holiday as often as you can

Hi Bernie and welcome,

I like your style. If you are looking for land deals why not place your requirements in the Land and building plots exchange section of my new leads exchange.

No promises. The site has only been live for the last 36 hours, but already we have over 150 BMV leads for sale by U.K. top lead sellers and at the last count we have over 80 registered members.

Have a browse and see what you think.

Anyway best of luck in your search.

Cheers

TAN

Hi Bernie,

I don't believe for one minute that you are doing a four hour working week, well not for long anyway. Welcome to the forum.
