| |  My Brief Introduction
Hi Guys
Been a member for a little while but just been observing for a While.
I am an Automation Engineer in Ireland and Live with My Wife to be Karen, we have an 18month old son ans another on the way.
I currently have 7 properties plus the one we live in. 3 In Staffordshire in the UK. 3 in Poland and 1 in India.
Would very much like to expand our Portfolio and produce a business that doesnt rely on my labour as it currently does.

Hi Guys
Thanks for the welcome, Althought I have property I am a bit new to the lead thing and getting the property under market value (probably shouldnt have said that, dont want you all taking advantage.)
In a bit of a stalemate situation at the moment as some of the Polish property is completing and using up my funds. So the idea of not having to have much or no outlay is rather appealing.
Not realy sure where to start with it and how to work the sytem etc
I earn pretty good money, but am now looking for something that doesnt relay purely on my labour, hence wanting to build up the portfolio.
The India Property is in Hill View, Raigad in Maharashtra State
