Another new member - signed up today, based north-west.
I have 3 BTL's including an HMO and am currently trying to build my portfolio. I am looking for suggestions on a) a good, professional, efficient broker with access to a wide range of mortgages, b) how best to cover the 'rent vs LTV' issue that seems to come up over and over,c) how to source good up to date leads, and d) get involved in meeting like-minded investors in groups every couple of months or so. That's all! Richard.
