Just joined.
Wanted some fantastic leads in Wisbech please!

Just bought my first basement flat in Wisbech to multi-let - seemed like a bargain but having problems with water coming in, hopefully being sorted out now). My partner has several properties in the area and I'm trying to catch him up having moved to the area about six months ago. I have a house in Belper that I let (was my home before I moved East) and an apartment in Costa Calma, Fuerteventura that I rent out (good deals for forum members: check out www.casaisobela.com). Just about to buy a residential house near Wisbech and, seriously, am looking for good leads in Wisbech.

Any suggestions about how to find some please?

Thanks for the advice - would love to go to that Chris Howard seminar, but think the dates will be difficult Juswant - thanks anyway though. I am a big NLP fan, swear by Paul McKenna! If any other dates come up do please let me know.

And Bob, I used the Money Centre for my Buy-to-Let mortgage on my flat. Very interested in the bridging idea though - your consultant told me about this. Just need the right property in Wisbech area now to try this out!
