My name is Heather Smith and I joined the forum today, I am looking forward to getting to know members, learning, and eventually one day helping other members.
My Husband and i have always wanted to get involved in property investing.
In 2002 we bought our holiday home on the Costa del Sol. We like to get out there when we can.
We wanted to get into property in the UK sometime ago but we were told by the estate agents, and a couple of property experts on the internet, that we needed lots of money to get started.We were disappointed to here this so what money we did have we invested in Bulgaria. We bought one property inland which needed renovating, but two months later an invester from London was out there looking for land so we flipped ours and made 50% profit.
We then bought two properties for renovation. The first one was purchased with the profit,so it does not owe us anything. We then later purchased our second property outright. We are going to sit on these for the time being.
Anyway i came across
PNC and was contacted by Vanish Patel who spoke to me on the phone. I found him very helpful so I joined the
pnc. With my Husband i went to Manchester to a meeting and found it very infomative. What I want to concentrate on at the moment is buy to let and i would appreciate any help or advice from someone who has done this with no or little money down.
