Default New to here but not new to property
Hi Everyone
I have known about this forum for quite some time but never quite got around to joining. I am currently running the Essex branch of the Property Networking club once a month (All new members welcome!)in conjuction with Vanish Patel.
A big hello to anyone who has met me at either London or Essex PNC.

Other than that I have been investing in property on and off since 1994, mostly doing renovation projects, but also some BTLs. Over the last couple of years I have decided to stop dabbling and get on with being a 'proper' investor.Like everyone else I am always looking for the next big deal.
