| |  Hello Everyone - I'm New to BMV
Just wanted to say hi to everybody who reads this. I'm new to BMV and looking forward to it.
From reading the forum, I can see that this place is full of so many kind and helpful people - inspires me with confidence.
Any useful general tips for a beginner would be highly appreciated. I live near Heathrow, if there's any BMV type meetings close to that area, I'd be very interested in attending.
Hopefully one day I can be of help to others who are just starting out.

Hi Bal,
The most productive thing you can do initially, is to spend time looking through the old posts/threads on here already.
It is likely that all you need to know can be found on here somewhere, and if it isn't someone will no where you can find it!
