Default Eager to Learn - so little time!!
Hello All,

My name is Mícheál (pronounced Mehall; Gaelic for Michael). Too old to jump about but not too old to learn new tricks.
I want to start my property portfolio and would like to hear from any member who has started with nothing using deals and how you did it. I have been to some "Live" property meetings and love mixing with optimistic, rarin' to go people. Thank you.

Firstly welcome, if you would like to discuss arranging finance for BMV deals please feel free to give me a call.

You will not need major start up cashflow but it is still recommended to have some "Rainy day funds" set aside as alot of things can go wrong with properties and tennants!
