Red face Hello All!
Hi,

I joined the site about a week ago and thought it was time to introduce myself. My name's Mike, I live in North Wales, and after reading up on as much info about buy-to-let as I can, I'm just in the process of acquiring my first property. I'm feeling a bit bogged down with all the mortgage deals, brokers' fees, etc! (Is it necessary to pay such high application fees?)
Any advice from the more experienced members would be most welcome!
