Hi everyone.
My name is Steve Kelsey and I am a new member here.
Farley new to property investing, bought my first
BTL in November last year and to date i currently own 4 in the UK and 2 overseas.
For a long time now i have been wanting to ditch the day job as an electrician, and sink all my time and effort into property investing.
Having now realised the true potential that this has to offer, i have just last week thrown in the towel at work.
I have some funds behind me to keep me going for a while but, i need to get a deal ASAP so that i don't end up in a certain creek, without a paddle
I have already been to a few networking events and met some very successful investors, and i have already learned a lot.
I am sure that this site will also provide me with a wealth of information. I am looking forward to getting to know you all.
