My name is Andy, I live in Kettering Northants and have been there for 10 years.
I used to be into property years ago but after an unfortunate incident with a dodgy financial advisor I lost nearly everything, I am now looking to get back into the market and would like to take advantage of the ready made deals that are available on this site, not to keep on BTL funding but to sell on to a third party, and taking a smaller cut of the profit in order to secure a quick back to back deal with a purchaser, this would be attractive to many people if they are securing a property under market value , I do however have a major hurdle to overcome a dreadful credit rating, I do not see how I can achieve my goals so any help on that one would be appreciated.
As for skills that I may be able to offer, that's a bit easier I have managed some contracts for a large building firm (600k to 2m ) and excelled at that but after turning two jobs around for them I did not even get a thank you so I left them, I have been involved in the building industry for 25 years and consider myself to be quite knowledgeable in many areas of construction.
