Hello to all.

Tom Tobin is my name. I am from Ireland and have a few BMV properties her e in ireland. However time and my current job is limiting my progress. Its a catch 22 and I am pondering how to move forward. I'm a bit nervous about making the big decision i.e. job or property ??

Hi Tom,

I had the same dilemma last September, so quit the consulting job. Went back in February with a fit of cashflow nerves after buying 20 props. Got over it now, but still consulting, and wanting to go prop full time. Probably will - don't know if I'll let them kick me out first, or resign again.
