Default New to the Forum
Hello to everyone,

My name is Andy Mackay and I'm based in Portsmouth. I'm just buying my
2nd BTL, which is an ex local authority flat. I've managed to buy it BMV (for such a property). I am interested in aqcuiring similar properties. Is there anything to be particularly aware of with such properties? Any advice etc gratefully received>
