Smile hi to all of you on the site
Hi everyone,
my name is Mark and i am slowly building my property investment portfolio.
We have two properties at the moment one was purchased at BMV the other is off plan two bed apartment one year to complete the build so far. Hopefully it will finished this december??W eare currently loking at our next years strategy of building our portfolio we will consider doing some refurbs as well as trying to secure BMV buy to lets over the coming year.

I am really looking forward to posting on the site and wish all you success in property.
