Hello my name is Lorraine Ellis, today is my first day on the forum and just wanted to get the introduction out of the way.
I am a mother of 5, latest addition to my family was born on 11th June 07 given up my career which was in IT and decided to give property a go.

Hi Lorraine,
Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your five children. As I am reliably told, anyone who buys 10 properties can retire for life. I guess, if you want to secure the financial independence of your children as well as yourself, you will have to buy about 60+. I didn't think that was possible until last year, but on this forum, everything is possible. Enjoy.

Thank you all for your welcome, I am in the process of purchasing my first deal which I have found through this forum and I have only just joined, I can't believe it is happening so fast.

Welcome to the forum. I noticed you are in Essex. I run the Essex branch of the Proprty Networking Club in Chelmsford. We hold regular meetings for investors and those new to the game every month. OUr next meeting is at Que Pasa club, 9-21 Springfield Road, Chelmsford on18th September.
