Hi all,
This is my ever blog. A brief intro. I am a forty something living in west London working as a commercial buyer. 7 years ago my partner and I bought our council maisonette. We moves to west London from Pembrokeshire, and were entitled to buy our property at full discount. So we paid £21K for a property valued at £59K. Three years later we were in possession of something with a market value of £130K +.
It was my late father we said that I wouldn't earn that money in two years. It fired me up to get into property. So with that amount of healthy equuity, you can imagine. Anyway I'm so looking forward to making my first portfolio deal.
