I,m Graham and so glad to have joined you.

I need to buy all of Deep,s courses,guides,direct-mail,accounting systems and free training asap.I,m reading at speed now.
While I,m reading, I,d like to get my first 5 or 10 properties.

Please send me all the hottest leads and ready made deals in Cardiff and South Wales.

And then get me to a place where I own properties all over the world.

Its a wonderful forum with wonderful people in it. I have been a member for few months now and trust me, I still have much more to learn. The trick is to learn as much as possible to try and avoid mistakes in the future.

Welcome to the forum. Don't make the mistake of rushing into multiple purchases without being able to cope with the "emotional change". Some property proponents refer to emotional intelligence. Start slowly, one at once. It will be a much less daunting task than buying 5 or 10 in a short period of time.

Chill Bro,

Have a little walk around the site, use the search buttons above and get to know the community it won't take long.

It's an amazing community we have on this forum they will bend over backwards to help you in your questions, just be a little careful on buying 5 or 10 properties in a rush.

There are some good leads out their but remember it's a numbers game you need around 10 leads to convert 1 on average, that means you need a budget of approx £1,000 per successful lead conversion if you are lucky.

With your enthusiasm you may be lucky and have a better conversion rate then others.

Oh by the way Cardiff is mine and Rhys Jones's patch, only joking butty give me a call and we will meet for a chat.

I can't stress enough about not rushing in to muliple purchases....! There are lots of properties to go round and if you are determind enough you will succeed. Spending a few months finding your feet and talking to other memebers will be time well spent..
Property investing is one of the few businesses which people help fellow investors because there's something for everyone.
