Another Newbie!!

Hi Guys

Been around property developers for some time and now ready to make my own way in this game.
Have a good knowledge of BMV deals and now at a stage of setting up a solid team to help build my portfolio. Brokers, Bridgers etc...
I'm sure I'll find all I need in this forum but any pointers or words of wisdom will be appreciated.

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the forum. Tip: make a plan for what you want to achieve (in 5 years, but with not much detail - something like "have a net monthly income from property of £1,000 a month", then break that 5 year plan down into what you would do each year for that, not forgetting you'll do a lot more in year 5 than in year 1). Then take year 1 and really get after it. Even if this means "I buy only one property with less than £5K invested, making £80 net income per month", which doesn't sound particularly stunning, you will be surprised how quickly and how nearly you will be able to achieve that single-minded focus.
