Hi everyone my name is Chris

I have been a landlord based in the Swansea/Port Talbot area for about 9 years.

I recently attended Property Investor show in London's Excel Docklands & saw Deep speak at a seminar among many otherInspired by the show I am in the process of setting a website & an advertising campaign to attract BMV properties to grow my portfolio in the Swansea area.

Im also keen to meet any potential property mentors in the South Wales area.

This year I finally quit the day job as an IT lecturer (inspired by the Book 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad', by Robert T Kiyosaki.) & decided to become self employed & spend more time developing my property portfolio and my business website. My website www.swimmer.co.uk currently sells waterproof MP3 players & underwater iPod cases.

I am interested in further developing my e-business & marketing skills & applying them next to developing among others, a property based website.

I hope to network with as many like minded individuals in the property investment community as possible in the South Wales area & benefit from the shared synergy of a inspired mastermind group & get some good deals in the process.

Hi Chris. I am a Swansea landlord. Welcome aboard. Personally I am not into BMV in a big way, I just use the forums to keep abreast of things and for assistance now and again. Everyone is quite friendly and is happy to assist when needed. There is already a group in Port talbot advertising in the papers for BMV and I have noticed another 3 in the property post. It certainly is getting more popular and if you find the right house, probably the only way to get the right rent stacks at the moment.
I sure we will meet at some point maybe in the next local get together. Not sure whether I am available yet.It could be the first meet for both of us.
