Hello. My name is Cathy Davies and I am a new PMM member living in London. I have three children ages 13, 11 and 18 months.

I bought Deep's Success! through property course a few years ago which was brilliant. However I was quite niave back then and when I was presented with an easy way to build a portfolio by a company in Leeds I jumped at the chance. Unfortunately the properties were not as they should have been and I am still trying to get the company to put them right. I think that with all the mistakes I have made I must be an expert by now!

I decided to start all over again and this time I am going to do it myself - well not everything as I do believe in leverage! I have decided to become an expert in finding BMV's. I know it is tough out there but this time I am willing to get through anything that is thrown at me - after all it can't be any worse than what I have been through!

I have 4 properties in West Yorkshire and 1 in Los Nietos in Murcia, Spain.

I am a great believer in "The Law of Attraction" and I use EFT on myself and family. I would love to hear from anyone who practises either of these.

I feel that anything is possible now and I can feel, taste, touch and smell SUCCESS!

I look forward to getting to know you all better and maybe seeing some of you at the London PNC's.
