Hi everyone. I've just joined the forum and it's great to be part of this community.

I'm fairly new to property but I do own 3 properties so far. I have 1 in Liverpool and 2 in Germany. I've recently quit my job and really looking to make property my full time business. I just attended the Rich Dad Poor Dad course about property investing and learnt quite a lot from it. Unfortunately they only told me at the course that it was only an introduction and they wanted another 10, 20 or 30 grand if I wanted the real deal. Such a p*ss take. It's so easy to get put off these courses although I know there are some good one's out their.

So I'm really looking to get involved in flipping deals over the next few months which are BMV in order to generate some cash. Once I have enough cash I will look to build myself enough cashflow to be comfortable and hopefully I won't ever have to go back to my 8-8 job.

If anyone has any general tips or comments they will be most welcome. Enjoy your day.

Brave mooooooove leaving your job fair play to you. I hate it when companies invite you to their workshops only to sell a follow package. I didn't know about Rich Dad, Poor Dad course, but if you haven't already read the books, I suggest book of this title, followed by Rich Dad Poor Dad 2 - The Cashflow Quadrant, which for me was by far the better book.

Combine the content of that book with the knowledge from this forum, and I'm sure you don't need to attend or pay or any further "education". However, if you get to listen to Deep, Vanish or Ranjan at one of their £10 specials, they are well worth it (I went to Excel Mar07, but was overseas for last month's get together).
