Hello to everyone

I have just joined the Forum and have been so impressed with the information on it, it has really inspired me - thank you !

My background is 15 years as a mortgage broker, of which the last 5 years I have been doing Spanish mortgages. I was living in Porto Banus and came back 2 years ago to focus on properties.

I have been an investor for over 10 years and am now focusing on the BMV deals around Manchester and Lancashire with a goal to build a £5m portfolio within 5 years or sooner.

I am interested in any networking events in the area and am available for advise on Spanish purchase or remortgages (ie self cert, max LTV etc ).

I am also available to check out properties for you in the Manchester area for your due dillligence.
