My name is Ahmwaah Dra Charles (but you can call me whatever you like!)

I’m a 22yr old University student (Durham Uni) that is fixated with the property market. Very new to the ‘game’ but I’ve done quite a lot of reading and research so I understand some of the terms and concepts. I attended the Property Investor Show 2007, which was very helpful. I also have a few people who are experienced investors & landlords who I draw on for advice.

Anyhow, my intention is to become the biggest and best property investor this world has ever seen! (Ok so that’s a big claim but ‘I like thinking big. If you're going to be thinking anything, you might as well think big.’ (Donald Trump).

My general plan is to get some experience in the buy-to-let market but eventually I’ll focus on the build-to-sell market. My general strategy is to associate with as many successful investors as possible. Hopefully they’ll see my potential and guide me along my path to greatness.

Additionally I’ll be attending the BPP London Law School (next year)...eventually I’ll qualify as a solicitor specialising in property law, contracts, etc. Hopefully this will save me a bucket in fees.

Thus far I’ve viewed a few properties and have been saving up to get that all important deposit. Plus I almost secured a BMV (19.7%) on my first outing....but we all know ‘almost’ does not cut it. Hopefully I’ll get some deals within the next three months.

I’ve always been told to find somebody who does what you do, but does it better...so to all investors or landlords I pose the question....HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
