A belated hello as I have been a member for a few months. However, things have been quite hectic as I have closed down a business (and job) in Cardiff and moved to Chichester to live with my now wife.

I contemplated starting up BMV straight away on the South Coast but with everything that was going on thought it sensible to take some fixed money from a job for a while but now examining property options.


About me:

My passions are marketing and property. I have been in sales and marketing for donkeys years. I ran my own consultancy in Cardiff and did a lot of work for the Welsh Assembly Government giving funded Sales and Marketing advice to SME's -- A bit like business links in England.

My marketing mentors are Dan Kennedy, Jay Abraham, Yanik Silver e.t.c ...

Outside interests include sailing and scuba diving, both of which i did as a 'mid life' sabbatical a few years ago. I got to see some great places!!


Property - I had a few BTL about 10 years ago but looking back with the knowledge i have now, it is apparent i just toyed with it. Selling some of them did mean i could spend 4 years travelling around the world though so didn't do too bad!!!!


I am really looking forward to speaking/meeting with you on the forum and hopefully being able to contribute to the melting pot too........
