Hi all,

I have just joined this forum and would like to introduce myself. My name is Ketan Pau, and I have been doing property investments, on and off, since 2001 with partners and been in full time employment in the family business (manufacturer of Indian flours & spices). I am looking to go part time in the family business and concentrate on being more of a property tycoon, so looking to invest in the very near future. Looking to do BMV deals VERY soon but need the relevant advice and help to get started on the right foot. I know the theories but need some practical assistance.

I am based in Parmdeep's home town, Leicester, so would love to keep in touch with him to get the right advice.
