Hi everyone, haven't attended any seminars but receive regular newsletters etc. currently working morning's only (have a special needs child, although not extreme needs!). Really wanting to invest in property (and giving up my job!) so will be having a look through this site although does seem a bit of a minefield! hopefully i'll be able to make sense of it all.

I've been getting deep's newsletters for ages but do find the whole thing a bit confusing, but admittedly haven't spent too much time on it... been putting it to the back of my mind but am now wanting to make an effort and start!! With the market as it is now is buy-to-let ok? We have just bought our first home, moved in to the property in march (was under offer since august last year), had it valued and already gone up £120k! so... wanting to move out of london and using some of the profit to finance a new home and use some of the leftovers to purchase investment property. although i see it's all about using none of your own money and this is where i need to get more info and increase my seemingly terrible knowledge of how this all works!!
