Hi Yvonne,
Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on your first property.
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Give it some time before you buy your second, and use this forum a lot for advice and other people's experiences. It will save you a fortune. Look in the downloads section and get the deal evaluator spreadsheet so you can compare lots of different opportunities. Learning is very time consuming, but knowledge is priceless.
Try to get to some local investor meetings to network with others close to you. It will be very profitable to do so.
