Hi Guys of the forum, thought I would take this opportunity to intorduce my-self.

I thought that it was about time I stopped watching and became involved. I have been an attendee at the networking meetings for quite some time now, and while completing on several deals on behalf of others, I have yet to complete a successful deal for myself.

I have been interested in property for the last couple of years now, but for whatever reason I have never got involved in acquiring property for myself.

I will say however that I have placed myself in posistions where I have been able to gain knowledge and experiance.

As such I work as a project manager specailiasing in residential build. I am now ready to step out and start acquiring property for myself, and look forward to help that is available through this site.

I will be looking to the forum for lots of advice and guidance, so please be gentle with me, and hopefully we will do business soon.

Keep watching this space, I am still updating my profile, and other niggly bits, but I have a lot of information to offer and a few products that I believe will be of benefit to the buy-to-let market, as well as refurber's.
