Hi all,

Have been meaning to joining the forum for months,
I am hoping to get some BMV deals and lots of useful info.

Can any body give me some advice, I am currently trying
to build and grow a self funding portfolio, but finding it difficult
to keep on top of all the paperwork and remembering important date's,
for reminder's on when Gas Cert's etc are due,
can anybody recommend a user friendly system or piece of software
to use.

Also I am based in Tamworth, South Staffs, does anybody
know of a good accountant, who understands the property industry,
that they could recommend, I have an accountant firm that I
already use, but they are not experts on how best
to set the portfolio out, to deal with future draw downs
and reducing future capital gains etc.

I look forward to speaking to lots of forum members
over the next couple of months.

Welcome to the forum. These questions are repeated many times on the forum. May I suggest you read a lot of historical posts, search for keywords on threads, then come back to here in about 2 weeks if you still haven't found the answers.

Its a really great place to be.

With regards to needing to remember when your gas certificates require renewal you can always use Microsoft Outlook which has a great calendar feature, so does Sage accounts software.
