I'm Peter Lavery. Monica (my better half) and I have been working in the property market in Central Scotland for the last six years.

We've known Deep for three years now and, after meeting him once again at TheMoneyCentre workshop in Edinburgh, he convinced us that we should be part of this forum.

joint-ventured
acted as property finders

provided investment funding to others
set up a Letting Agency (24-7Letting.com)

exhibited in The Property Investment Show at Excel.

We do this full-time. It's a fantastic business to be in, and we take it very seriously.

We have decided to get back into the PNC circuit again and look forward to the meeting in Birmingham on 5th Nov.
