Based in Surrey with 2 well established local BTL's - bought in the last millenium when equations stacked up a bit better.

Set myself a target of adding 2 more Buy to Lets in 2007 and having spent too much time looking at "Property Club" investments am hoping that I can find inspiration within the forum to move onwards. I still need to add to my BTL's but am also keen to look at Buy to Sell opportunities.

I will admit that I have struggled with anything out of my own immediate geographical area and BMV properties in Surrey are as rare as hens teeth so I recognise that I need to look further afield. Any experiences from forum members that overcame a similar phobia would be very well received.

Any forum is only as good as it's members and I hope I can contribute along the way - more than only posting jokes in the Coffee Lounge......... I have a reasonable list of reliable tradesmen in the Esher area of Surrey, sparkies, plumbers, brickies etc. if anybody should need one I would be happy to pass on details.

Congratulations on joining the forum, it’s a really great place to be.
