It's been a while since I've been on the forum, I feel like a newbie!
To all of the new members who have recently joined, welcome to the forum. To all of the oldies, hope everyone is well and enjoying great success.
I have been extremely busy with a development project abroad which has taken a lot of time and resources, but I do hope to catchup with you soon.
It's good to be back!

In short, I have been working on a development project on some family owned land in Ghana West Africa. The building project consists of 18 x 2 bed apartments which will be rented out to professionals working in the area.
I'm taking a breather whist I generate extra cash to fund the next phase of the project, but I'll keep you all posted with my progress. | |

Leslie,
that's fantastic. I see you are a "level 6" investor. Congratulations on the build. It looks incredibly like one my wife is involved in, in Damascus. I guess they all look the same after a while.
Good luck with the cash generation. I wonder what you'd be up to if bank funding in Ghana was the same as in the UK
