Just having a look around to see what's happening.

I am looking for deals in the North West - Manchester, Stockport, Oldham, Eccles and Bolton etc.

Would be looking for joint venture partners in the area. Currently on a massive marketing drive in the area.

Welcome to the forum. I am interested in Denton, Audenshaw and perhaps Ashton or Stalybridge. If you find anything interesting there, I am up for JV, or straightforward paying you finder fees.

I'm also interested in Leigh, but less so than the areas above. I don't do marketing, leafletting or anything like mass market. I just invest, and don't have the time to do that directly most of the time.

I may also be interested in Bolton, though I don't have anything yet in the area, and am trying to consolidate to locations I currently have an estabilished letting agent in.
