I have 12 years of property business experience in Russia. I want to continue here in UK. I’ve been leaving here for 2.5 years. My son lives with me; he is a student in college.
My favourite books are “Think and Grow rich” and “Power of Your Subconscious Mind”.

I started property business as a real estate agent and then got position of a manager. After reading Robert Kyosaky books “Cashflow”, “Reach Dad, Poor Dad” I became an investor and within 6 months I rearranged my properties so that I got positive cash flow and I did not have to work any more.

After moving into the UK I visited property seminars in ExCel and Earls Court Property Exhibitions and listened to P.Vadesha , V.Patel, S.Zuthi, S.Bolton seminars and became keen on BMV deals.

I’m the beginner and I have a lot of new questions every day. It’s good to have a mentor or somebody who can answer my questions quickly. At the moment I’m a bit stuck, and I hope this property forum will get me going.


I can offer my help making advertisement in Russian/English web newspaper targeted on wealthy Russian oligarchs to sell them English Castles and football teams

Also I have information from Russian - speaking land lord who lives in London. He sells 0,5 acre of land in the middle of Estonia. Neighbourhood – Nokia industrial premises and local school.

My first experience was not successful AT ALL !

I bought the lead for £150 from Property Tycoons Lead Trading System yesterday.

Leads seller Tony Jacobs

3 bed semi in good to excellent condition, ready to let. Recently valued by Colleys (RICS surveyors) at £100,000. Needs to sell at £83,000 to stop repossession, so it must be a fast sale.

I called to local agent.
Skitts the Estate Agents , West Midlands DY2 9PY

She said this house was sold a month ago to stop repossetion to an investor for £78.000 , and she made valuation for £80.000


What’s IT ALL ABOUT ???

Are all leads like that or I’m so unlucky?

Maybe you could have contacted me before you disparaged me on the forum.

I received an email inquiry and a telephone call (via a call centre) about two weeks ago from the vendor Mr Khan. When I called him he said that he already had a cash buyer. After putting the phone down, I sent him a brief email with my contact details in case it fell through.
I don't remember the exact times, but he phoned me up early on the day I posted the lead and said he'd found out that his cash buyer was not a cash buyer and could not complete until the end of January.
All the infomation I posted was supplied by the vendor. It all seemed to make sense to me and was posted in good faith.
The house is still on the market with an estate agent, not Skitts, check by postcode on Rightmove, or call me during office hours.
I think I was dealing with the investor who purchased for £78,000 and your Jemma is about a month behind.
Anyway, why don't you speak to the vendor and try to sort this out, before you virtually call me a liar and thief on a public forum?

A less agressive approach would have got you a refund. Now, all I'll do is replace the lead if it really is a dud. But you do need to speak with the vendor. I sold a lead, not a done deal.

By the way, do you have £83,000 cash? The lead clearly states several times that the vendor needs a cash buyer, a point youseem to have missed.

I spoke to Tony Jacobs
As we discussed the vendor was not quite honest providing all information about him to me and to Tony and the vendor did not provide me with correct information about his house and the way he purchased it the last time. Also the evaluation of the price was too different from different sources.

That’s created the problem

We made the agreement with Tony for future cooperation.
I think there is no more problem any more

I literally spent the best part of a year studying the rise of the oligarchs under Yeltsin for my dissertation at university so I have a deep interest in the change you must have experienced in the 90s...
