Hi,  I did things the wrong way round and posted a message (which I've now deleted) before introducing myself. 
I'm Jan and I started refurbishing properties five years ago in Wales, and now in Oxfordshire. I'll now go to the appropriate section and start again with another message.

Congratulations on joining the forum, it’s a really great place to be.
There’s loads of good advice to be found here, as well as thousands of like minded property professionals who’s expertise covers every aspect of the property business.
