New member in Kent

Hi all,

Just decided to join to see if the promises you see advertised on the net can in any way be partially fulfilled. I live in Kent and i am fairly new to this but i am extremely hard working and so determined to make property work for me i packed in my job as a builder. "Silly" is what most people are probably thinking but i spent 6 months of weekends last year renovating a property in Surrey which i earnt over 2 years worth of wages from! So the skies the limit and any suggestions, leads or advice would be greatly appreciated and reciprocated.

Your skills as a builder will hold you in good stead as you have already seen
Take time to read as much as you can on the site to learn as much as you can which truly does alleviate financial mistakes.
