Hi Everyone,

Just thought I'd introduce myself before getting started on, what seems to me, a really useful forum

I'm new to the BMV game but not to property, having co-founded a series of London-based property magazines 4 years ago (now circulating 120k copies a month). I've also been involved in several other property (and non-property) start-ups, so I guess its the entrepreneur in me thats attracted me here!

I'm working closely with two fellow entrepreneurs with the aim of setting up a fairly large scale operation sourcing and processing BMV deals. Along the line we'll no doubt have loads of q's and make tons of mistakes but hey, it'll be fun
