Hi there , my name is Lee Sims , iam based in the East London and Essex areas iam the director of Direct-invest the company name i trade under, we are a Company who specialise in finding BMV property , property developoment, Investment and commercial Business sales, property services and Finance.

I have been involved in the property business for quite a while , basically i went the traditional route as an estate and letting agent and setting up my own agencys ect , i begun buying and selling propertys during this time and have also been very fortunate to have travelled the globe and experienced life in Australia, USA, and sunny Spain , with big thanks to property and the security it has given me.

I have property contacts here in the UK and also across in Spain and iam currently working with a freind there on some development opportunitys in the Denia area , Costa Blanca.

Iam presantly involved with a development in the London area converting houses into flats.

Iam always looking to network with other people and build a team of property proffesionals who can help each other, so please feel free to chat..

I have a team of investors that i work with and we can cover most things, i also have top notch Financial Advisors, solicitors ,builders, estate and letting contacts and services, and generally everything you really need to know in and around the East London and Essex areas, ( oh mortgage arrangers who can do extremely fast remortgages sometimes 2 weeks till completion with funds ).
