I want to share a gift with you because when I first started property there wasn’t that much help available and people went through great lengths to help me.
So here’s a way of getting property from estate agents below market value, just to give you an idea one deal I got from Chancellors estate agents in High Wycombe on the market for Ł280,000 I bought it for 230,000 and used the same agent to sell it 4 months later at Ł275,000 that’s a quick Ł45,000.
